Deep Relaxation

Life can get pretty crazy and hectic, but it's important to take the time to slow down every once in a while to relax and re-center ourselves and our intentions.

Tonight, Atlas supporter and BCAP volunteer, Ketul Arnold, led Atlas members through an hour-long deep relaxation and meditation practice. Through this practice, members closed their eyes as they went through the movements and softly "hummed" to focus on the breath and bring in a harmonizing and calming sound in the room.
